Weapons/Other Gimmicks

• Beam Rifle can also mount onto the rear waist armor for storage.

Tips & Tricks

• For better results, some or most of the details are needed to be applied/panel-lined with Gundam Markers and/or Mr. Color paints.
• Topcoat (Mr. Hobby recommended) can be used to protect applied stickers and if any, marking decals and painted details.
• If using matte/flat-finish top coat, it is advisable not to spray on the softer parts - can be done by masking or spraying top coat while the said parts are separated.

Notes & Trivia

• Along with Solari's Zaku II, the Gundam EX saw early release in the Western markets prior to the Japanese release date.
• While not labeled as such, the Gundam EX uses a packaging and manual style similar to the High Grade Universal Century kits.
• As the kit was produced before the mini-series' release, the data on the instructions made no mention to the "Gundam Pilot" boarding the Mobile Suit.
