Kit Features & Gimmicks

Articulation

• Mono-eye can move left and right. (Removal of helmet required.)
• The upper torso can tilt upwards.
• Shoulder joints can swing forward along with 2/3 of the torso blocks.
• The arms can...
  • Swing on a peg-and-socket joint.
  • Raise horizontally.
• The upper arms can rotate.
• Elbow joints can be bent up to 90 degrees.
• The manipulators can swivel on a ball-and-socket joint.
• The waist can rotate 360 degrees.
• The upper thighs can swivel on ball-and-socket joints, raise horizontally, and/or swivel left or right to a limited extent on each piece.
• The knees are double-jointed.
• The ankles can swivel on a ball-and-socket joint.

Weapons/Other Gimmicks

• The right hand is swappable.
• The default hands can wield any weapons, notably the Carbon Blade.
• Smoothbore Gun can be mounted onto either of the forearms, though the default position is on the right.
• Carbon Blade can be removed from the rear waist armor as a handheld weapon.
• The panel underneath the crotch can be removed to reveal a 3mm mounting point for any Action Bases, where the Tieren can mount onto.

Tips & Tricks

• For better results, some or most of the details need to be painted and panel-lined with Gundam markers and/or Mr. Color paints.
• Top coat (Mr. Hobby recommended) can be used to protect applied stickers, marking decals, and, if any, painted details.

Variants

Reissues of the kit from September 2018 onward will feature a blue-colored Bandai Spirits logo. Later reprints from mid-2022 will also feature an additional Bandai Namco logo.
