Kit Features & Gimmicks

Articulation

• The head can swivel on a double-sided ball-joint neck.
• The torso can tilt back and forth.
• Shoulder joints can swing frontward, though in a limited extent due to the shoulder armors/stabilizers.
• The arms can...
• Swing on a peg joint.
• Raise horizontally.
• The upper elbows can turn.
• Both the elbows and knees are double-jointed.
• The forearms can rotate.
• The manipulators can swivel on a ball-and-socket joint.
• Each of the manipulators feature ball-jointed wrists, allowing limited swivel articulation.
• The waist can rotate 360 degrees.
• Front, side, and rear skirt armors can pivot to avoid interference on the leg articulation.
• The upper thighs can swing frontwards/backwards, raise horizontally and/or rotate on each piece.
• The ankle joints can pivot/tilt.
• The shield's adapter can slide up or down depending on your preference.

Weapons/Other Gimmicks

• The hands are swappable.
• Each of the weapons must be wielded by their respective hand parts.
• Xi Gundam can convert into flight mode via minor parts rearrangement/swapping.
• Beam Saber hilts can be optionally removed from the shoulder armors as handheld weapons.
• Shield can attach onto any of the forearms.
• One of the forearms' panels can be optionally removed to reveal a mounting point for the shield.
• Xi Gundam can mount onto Action Bases 1 and 4 (sold separately) via an adapter.

Tips & Tricks

• For better results, some or most of the details are needed to be applied/panel-lined with Gundam Markers and/or Mr. Color paints.
• Topcoat (Mr. Hobby recommended) can be used to protect applied stickers and if any, marking decals and paint details.

Variants

Reissues of the kit from mid-2022 onward will feature an additional Bandai Namco logo.
