Kit Features & Gimmicks

• The kit can be built into either 1.5 (Green camera eyes & forehead camera) or 1 Gundam (Red camera eyes & forehead camera) with the exclusion of the Binder units.

Articulation

• The head can swivel/tilt on a double-sided ball-joint neck.
• The upper torso can tilt back and forth in a limited manner.
• The shoulder joint socket can also swing backwards.

  • Swing on a peg-and-socket joint.
  • Raise horizontally.
• The upper arms can rotate.
• Elbow joints can be bent into 90 degrees, while the forearm joints can rotate.
• The manipulators can swivel on a ball-and-socket joint.
• The waist can turn 360 degrees.
• Front, side, and rear skirt armors can pivot to avoid interference with the leg articulation.
• The upper thighs can swivel on a ball-and-socket joint.
• The knees are double-jointed.
• The ankles can tilt sideways and/or swivel on a ball-and-socket joint (in a limited manner)

Weapons/Other Gimmicks

• Any of the weapons can be wielded by the 1.5 Gundam's default hands.
• GN Buster Rifle can fold underneath the panel.
• GN Beam Saber hilts can be optionally removed from the forearms as handheld weapons.
  • An extra Beam Saber effect is needed if one prefers to display the 1.5 Gundam with two Beam Sabers.
• GN Shield can attach onto any forearms, though the default position is on the left.
  • To provide clearance for the GN Shield's hardpoint, the GN Beam Saber hilts are needed to mount onto the shield.
• Binders can rearrange into Stand By, High Speed, Flight, Attack, Defense, or Alvaaron Cannon mode.
• The panel underneath the crotch can be removed to reveal a 3mm mounting point for any Action Bases, where the 1.5 Gundam can mount onto.

Tips & Tricks

• For better results, some or most of the details are needed to be applied & panel-lined with Gundam Markers and/or Mr. Color paints.
• Topcoat (Mr. Hobby recommended) can be used to protect applied stickers and if any, painted details and marking decals.
  • If using matte/flat-finish top coat, it is advisable not to spray on the translucent parts - can be done by masking or spraying top coat while the said parts are separated.

• The GN Buster Sword from the HGBC 24th Century Weapons set can be used for this kit to represent the weapon used from Gundam EXA.

Variants

• Later reissues of the kit from September 2018 onward will feature a blue Bandai Spirits logo.
