Kit Features & Gimmicks

Articulation

• The head can pivot up/down on a hinge and swivel on a ball-joint.
• The upper torso can slightly tilt forward.
• Shoulder joints can raise upwards.
• The arms can..
  • Swivel on a ball-and-socket joint, though hindered by its joint cover.
  • Raise horizontally.
• The upper arms can rotate.
• Both the elbow and knees are double-jointed.
• The manipulators can swivel on a ball-and-socket joint.
• The waist can rotate, though it can be hindered by a few skirt armor panels unless slightly pulled up.
• The hip joint axis is a see-saw joint, allowing it to pivot up-and-down.
• The upper thigh joints can swing frontwards (and backwards in a limited extent) on a peg, raise horizontally, and/or rotate on each thigh.
• Ankle joints can tilt frontwards, or sideways in a limited extent.
• The Beam Saber recharge racks are poseable.

Weapons/Other Gimmicks

• Any of the weapons can be wielded by either of the hand parts.
• Vulcan Pod System cap optionally remove from/attach onto the head.
• Beam Saber hilts can be optionally removed from the recharge racks as handheld weapons.
• Beam Rifle's foregrip can swing up and down.
  • Beam Rifle can also store onto either side waist armor.
• Hyper Bazooka can mount onto the rear waist armor via a flip-out latch.

  • Convert into storage mode via parts rearrangement.

Tips & Tricks

• For better results, some or most of the details are needed to be applied and panel-lined with Gundam Markers and/or Mr. Color Paints.
• Topcoat (Mr. Hobby recommended) can be used to protect applied stickers and if any, painted details and marking decals.

Customizing-based tips

• Front skirt's joint can be optionally separated.

Notes & Trivia

• The Gunpla is released to coincide with the 30th anniversary of Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam.
• Unlike the AEUG version redecoed from the 2003 kit, this Gundam Mk-II features the same joint color as it was shared with the same runner from the Titans version of the kit.
